How do I get approved as a DJ?
Account & Verification

To get approved, you need to provide proof of your DJ activities such as social media profiles showing your performances, links to your mixes, and information about venues where you perform. Our team manually reviews each application to ensure we maintain a community of professional DJs.

Why was my DJ application rejected?
Account & Verification

Applications may be rejected if we cannot verify your DJ activities, if the provided social media profiles don't show sufficient DJ-related content, or if the information provided appears incomplete or inaccurate. You can reapply after 30 days with additional verification materials.

What audio formats are available?
Downloads & Library

All tracks are available in high-quality WAV format (44.1kHz/16-bit) and MP3 format (320kbps). WAV files are recommended for professional DJ use as they provide the best audio quality for club systems.

Can I re-download tracks I've purchased?
Downloads & Library

Yes! Once you purchase a track, you can re-download it anytime from your account dashboard. We keep a permanent record of your purchases, so you'll never lose access to your music.

What payment methods do you accept?
Billing & Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your region. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Can I get a refund for a track?
Billing & Payments

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a track has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or receive a corrupted file, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.

Can I use these tracks in my DJ sets?
Music Licensing

Yes! All tracks are licensed for DJ performance use, including live sets, radio shows, podcasts, and streaming. You can use them in any venue or event as part of your DJ performance.

Can I use tracks for music production?
Music Licensing

The standard license covers DJ performance only. If you want to use tracks for music production, remixing, or sampling, you'll need to contact us for additional licensing arrangements.
